Playoffs get underway

The Greater Carbon Basketball League opened playoff action last week. My City and Dedicated Fitness were opening round winners.

The men's adult summer league is in its inaugural year. Games are played at Stoney Ridge Park on Fireline Road in Palmerton.PLAYOFFSMy City-FJ LesherMy City defeated FJ Lesher, 60-52.My City, the No. 4 seed, was led by the shooting of Heath Markley who scored 21 points.
