There will be a dedication program honoring all waterborne military branches on Saturday in Ludlow Park in Summit Hill.

The program will begin at 1 p.m. and include several guest speakers.Summit Hill resident, Navy veteran and member of the Carbon County Navy Club, Robert "Ski" Sieputowski, came up with the idea of creating a memorial honoring the men and women of the Navy, Coast Guard, Marines and Merchant Marines, earlier this year and has worked to raise enough money for the plaque.
