Schuylkill County ARD admissions

Schuylkill County Judge D. Michael Stine has admitted 10 people charged by local police into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. The program is for first-time offenders whose records may be expunged upon its successful completion. All are required to pay court costs and fees.

Elizabeth Perez, 22, of Coaldale: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. She was ordered to pay $350 toward the cost of the program and perform 10 hours of community service.Perez was charged on Jan. 30, 2014, by Rush Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Peter Moritz, 61, of Coaldale: He was accepted into the program for 12 months, ordered to pay $350 toward the cost of the program and perform 10 hours of community service.Moritz was charged by Coaldale police on April 4, 2014, with obstruction of justice.Denise Lazar, 63, of Barnesville: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. She was ordered to pay $350 toward the cost of the program and perform 10 hours of community service.Lazar was charged by Rush Township police on May 28, 2014, with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Nicole Fink, 28, of Delaware Water Gap: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. She was ordered to pay $350 toward the cost of the program and perform 10 hours of community service.She was charged by Tamaqua police on March 23, 2013, with two counts of criminal mischief.Zachary Tomlin, 23, of McAdoo: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. He was ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program, surrender his license for 60 days, and perform 10 hours of community service.Tomlin was charged by Rush Township police on March 24, 2014, with three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.Raymond Trevorah, 41, of Tamaqua: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. He was ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program, surrender his license for 60 days, and perform 10 hours of community service.Trevorah was charged by Tamaqua police with two counts of driving under the influence, three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, speeding and traffic violations.Jason Dziedzic, 19, of Whitehall: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. He was ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program, surrender his license for 90 days, and perform 10 hours of community service.Dziedzic was charged by Coaldale police with driving under the influence-highest rate, driving under the influence, and disregarding traffic lanes on March 29, 2014.Shawn Gondecki, 26, of Ringtown: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. He was ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program, surrender his license for 30 days, and perform 10 hours of community service.Gondecki was charged by Tamaqua police with driving under the influence-highest rate, driving under the influence and failing to obey traffic signs on April 18, 2014.Ronald Moll, 69, of Lansford: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. He was ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program, surrender his license for 60 days, and perform 10 hours of community service.Moll was charged by Rush Township police with three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on March 3, 2014.Candy Hemple, 44, of Ashley: Accepted into ARD for 12 months. She was ordered to pay $500 toward the cost of the program, surrender her license for 60 days, and perform 10 hours of community service.Hemple was charged by Rush Township police with three counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana on April 19, 2014.
