To help the Valor Clinic Foundation of Brodheadsville fund its new homeless and recovery center in Polk Township, West End Rotary President Debbie Borger, right, presents a $2,500 donation to Valor's Mark Baylis. The money will help to fund the Maj. Paul Syverson Veterans Sanctuary at the former Hotel Jonas, as well as outreach programs for homeless veterans. The shelter will provide housing, supervision and basic and job-search skills for up to 15 people at a time.
