Karli I. Thomas, daughter of Jeff and Renee Thomas of Jim Thorpe, and Rudy Allen, son of Rudy and Rita Allen of Winchester, Va. were united in marriage on Aug. 12, 2013, in a double ring ceremony at Valerie Hill Vineyard, Stephens City, Va.

The ceremony was officiated by Justice of the Peace Diane D. Cleveland.The bride was given in marriage by her father.Following the ceremony, the couple welcomed family and friends at a reception at Piccadilly Restaurant in Winchester.The new Mrs. Allen is a 2006 graduate of Marian Catholic High School and is currently serving in the U.S. Coast Guard.She is the granddaughter of Clete and Irene Milan of Jim Thorpe and the late Albert and Elizabeth Thomas of Jim Thorpe.Mr. Allen is a 2004 graduate of Hickory High School, Chesapeake, Va.The newlyweds currently reside in Port Angeles, Wash.
