Route 54, between Ametek and Kovatch Mobile Equipment in Nesquehoning, is reopened as of 8:24 a.m.

The road was closed this morning with signs posted on the road at the intersections of Stock Street (Route 54) and Park Avenue; as well as off Route 209.According to a Nesquehoning Hose Company Facebook post, the portion of roadway was shutdown at 5:45 a.m. because of a crash that occurred in the area overnight.Check the Times News for updates.
