Schuylkill County commissioners on Wednesday approved a number of contracts for county agencies. They approved:

A rate agreement with Good Will Fire Company No. 1, Minersville, for medical assistance transportation services from July 1 through June 30, 2015. The rates per trip are $40 each way, with $2.50 per loaded mile and a sitting fee of $25 per hour.For the Children and Youth Services Agency, they approved agreements with the following providers from July 1 through June 30, 2015:• The Children's Choice, Bellmawr, New Jersey for medical foster care level one at a daily rate of $19.36, foster care level two at a daily rate of $50.43, and adoption finalization at a per unit rate of $3,500.• Access Services, Orwigsburg, for specialized foster care at a daily rate of $96.43.• Alternative Rehabilitation Communities for foster care of dependent children at a daily rate of $61.60, residential care at a daily rate of $197.64, and residential care for children with special issues at a daily rate of $212.95.• David O'Connell, Pottsville, for comprehensive psychological evaluation at a per unit rate of $150, and for testimony at a per unit rate of $175.• Drug Screening, Gretna, Louisiana, for Orasure collection swabs at a per unit rate of $3, for confirmation for one drug at a per unit rate of $35, and in court testimony at a per unit rate of $600.• A contract with File X Document Imaging, Newtown Square, Bucks County, for scanning at a per unit rate of $0.0485, and for boxing and labeling at a per unit rate of $4,000, effective from June 11 through Dec. 31.Commissioners also approved Marie Beauchamp, Orwigsburg, to another three-year term on the Office of Senior Services advisory board.
