Rush Township Police have cited Ryan Composto, 23, of Hazle Township for retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft after her allegedly stole television sets from the Hometown Commons Walmart on July 31 and Aug. 4.

An accomplice, Stephen Orlando, 22, of Drums, will be charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
