The Carbon County Environmental Education Center, located at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake Park along Lentz Trail, will host "Skins and Skulls for Kids," at noon, on March 16.

During the program, the group will take a close-up look at skins and skulls, teeth and talons during various activities. They will also learn about the differences between herbivores, carnivores, and omnivores.The program is designed for children between the ages of 6 and 10, but all ages are welcome.There will be snacks following the event.For more information or to register, call (570) 645-8597.
