According to the Pocono District of Penn State Extension, which serves Carbon, Monroe, Wayne and Pike counties, a "Technology Tuesdays: Using the 'Team Design Approach'" free online workshop designed for dairy producers, their employees and advisers will be held on Jan. 22, 8:30 to 10 a.m.

Using a team when planning your dairy lets you get the best ideas from all advisors at once. Learn how to put a team together and who should be on that team.

Also learn what some of those members, like the lender, want to see during the planning process.

Program will be led by Rob Goodling, extension associate, Penn State Department of Animal Science, and Tim Beck, extension educator.

Registration is free, but is required no later than noon the day before. You may register by phone at 888-373-7232, or online at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/technologytuesdays. If you are unable to access the webinar live, the sessions are recorded for use at a later time and can be found at http://extension.psu.edu/animals/dairy/health/educational-programs/techn...
