Organizers and sponsors of the Weatherly Hill Climb met in preparation for the event at its main sponsor, Fairway Subaru of Hazleton.
The announced dates for the event's 51st year will be the weekend of June 9th and 10th and again in September on the weekend of the 15th and 16th.Weatherly Hill Climb Association President Joe Cyburt noted that in addition to cars and drivers challenging the one-mile hill in Weatherly, there will also be food and games provided by local non-profit groups and churches as well as a National Guard display.Cyburt also said that they are still in need of sponsorship help and that they will be selling space for sponsors in the event's program until the end of April.He continued by saying that all other help will be appreciated and then finished by saying "let's keep a good tradition going".
