Kidder Township police reported on on burglary and four driving under the influence (DUI) arrests made by officers.

Jeffrey Gorman, 42, of Albrightsville, has been charged with burglary and theft for an incident that occurred on Aug. 19 along Trail Ridge Road, in the Holiday Pocono development.

Gorman was arraigned on Sept. 16 before District Judge Joseph Homanko, of Weatherly, and committed to the county prison in Nesquehoning after failing to post $25,000 cash bail. Cpl. Neil Yurchak is the arresting officer.

Arthur Hopman Jr., 27, of Northeast, Md., was charged with DUI following an accident that occurred along Moseywood Road on Aug. 20 about 2 a.m. Hopman was taken to the Palmerton Hospital for a blood test, which revealed a .18BAC. Patrolman Austin Bott made the arrest.

Dante Firman Jr., 25, of Hazle Township, Luzerne County, has been charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Sept. 5 about 3:21 a.m. along Jack Frost Road. He was taken to the Palmerton Hospital for a blood test which revealed a .20BAC. Patrolman Bott made the arrest.

Stephen Gallagher, 28, of Lake Harmony, has been charged with DUI following a traffic stop on Sept. 9 about 4:26 a.m. along Moseywood Road. He was also taken to the Palmerton Hospital for a blood test which revealed a .24BAC.

Thomas Nodzo, 44, of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., has been charged with DUI following an accident that occurred about 10:24 p.m. on Sept. 9 along SR534. He was taken to the Fern Ridge state police barracks for a breath test, which revealed a .10BAC.
