State police at Frackville reported investigating a burglary and theft from vehicle incident occurring at Schuylkill County locations.

The break-in occurred at a cabin located at 609 Catawissa St., in Walker Township, near Tamaqua. Unknown criminals entered the cabin and removed the following: 80 gallon propane tank, tow straps, hot water heater, two Kerosene heaters, spotlight with camera attachment, coffee maker, two tents and two machetes.The entry occurred sometime between Nov. 7 and 11. The property is owned by Curtis Blake., of Brookhaven, Delaware County, and Patrick Anderson, of Pottstown.On Friday, Nov. 11, between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. someone entered the car of Charles Edward Haluska, 50, of Frackville, while parked along Altamont Blvd., in West Mahanoy Township. Removed was a Garmin GPS unit, a Sony MP3 player and $1,000 in U.S. currency.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call troopers at (570)-874-5300.
