This is what fire victim Kevin Kellner spray painted on the side of his house, 5 South Lehigh St., as a farewell and comical gesture after losing it to a massive fire that destroyed his and three other homes Tuesday morning. "No Sewer" refers to recent requirements by the Tamaqua Borough and DEP that require all sewer lines not connected, aka wildcats, to the borough's main sewer line. These connections are to be connected at the owner's expense. All the homes destroyed by Tuesday's fire were originally required to get the connection done.
