Break-ins and theft incidents probed

State police at Fern Ridge reported investigating burglaries and theft incidents.

A break-in occurred at a Carbon County residence in which a large amount of cash and other items were taken.The burglary occurred at the residence at 3641 Rocky Hill Road in the Spring Hill Mobile Home Park in East Side Boro. Entry was gained to the residence and removed were prescription medication, a silver ring and $2,600 in cash. The home is owned by Adam L. Lefeber, 40, of White Haven. The incident occurred sometime between 9:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. on April 3.The home of Angela D. Johnson, 49, of 156 Prairie Road in Jackson Township, Monroe County, was entered sometime between March 24 and April 3. Various items were removed from the home while the victim was at work.Danny Rinaldo, 43, of 28 Whippoorwill Drive, Saylorsburg, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, reported his unlocked vehicle was entered while parked at his residence and removed was a TAG Heuer watch and a brown bag full of clothes. The theft occurred sometime between 10 p.m. March 15 and 9 a.m. on March 16.A 27-year-old female from 262 Barberry Crossing, Saylorsburg, in Chestnuthill Township, reported her wallet was removed from her bedroom. The incident was reported on March 28.Anyone with information concerning any of these incidents is asked to call troopers at 570-646-2271.
