Route 895 in East Penn Township was closed to traffic last night after a driver lost control and rolled his pickup truck. The crash occurred a little after 9 p.m., just west of Church Hill Road. The male was driving west when he apparently lost control, leaving the right berm and striking a rock embankment, rolling the unit. He was treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics and transported to an area hospital. East Penn Fire Company and fire police responded to the scene. East Penn Police, assisted by troopers of the Lehighton barracks, are investigating the incident.
