Gregory Macalush, 163 E. Garibaldi Ave., Nesquehoning, has been cited by borough police for underage drinking.

Police said he was charged on Nov. 27 after an incident at 11:55 p.m. at the Turkey Hill Minit Mart on Catawissa Street.
