The following defendants recently entered guilty pleas before Judge Roger N. Nanovic in Carbon County Common Pleas Court.

Robin Gay Dail

, 55, of Parryville, pleaded guilty to one count of DUI, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and a summary charge of harassment in connection with three separate incidents which occurred in 2016-17. She was sentenced to two sentences, minimum 90 days, to be served concurrently.

Troy M. Fairchild

, 46, of Lehighton, pleaded guilty to possessing drug paraphernalia for an incident on July 9 in Lehighton. He was sentenced to three to 12 months in prison with credit for time served.

Marilyn Rose Merz

, 29, of Rockaway, New Jersey, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief for an incident in Kidder Township in 2018. She was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay $1,160 in restitution.

Lorenzo Wallace

, 29, of Hazleton, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence for an incident on Feb. 16. His sentencing was deferred pending a drug and alcohol evaluation.
