A Lansford man has been arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault for an incident that occurred in the borough last month.

Brett T. Rodriguez, 36, of Springgarden Street, was taken into custody Oct. 30, police said.He was subsequently released on $5,000 unsecured bail.Rodriguez faces a felony charge of aggravated assault, as well as misdemeanor charges of simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment. The charges stem from an incident that took place at Rodriguez's home on Oct. 13.A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 25 before judge Casimir T. Kosciolek.
