He was transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center South (former Pottsville Hospital) by Pennsylvania State Police, then later released. The highway stroll reportedly began after Earle exited a moving vehicle, operated by Sharon Lazarchick, 423 N. Railroad St., Tamaqua. When Lazarchick returned to her home at 6:10 p.m., she discovered that Earle had forcibly entered her apartment and was asleep on the bed, despite her repeatedly telling him earlier in the day that he was no longer welcome there. She contacted Tamaqua Police.Earle was taken into custody and arraigned before duty District Judge Stephen Bayer on felony charges of criminal trespass and a misdemeanor charge of defiant trespass. Bayer set bail at $5,000 straight cash bond and remanded Earle to the county prison.
