A Schuylkill County judge has revoked the bail of two Coaldale people charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Judge Charles J. Miller on Dec. 4 revoked bail for Alyssa Gruber, 24, and Brenton W. Gruber, 30.Alyssa Gruber had been free on $3,500 percentage bail. She posted the $350 on Aug. 20. Brenton Gruber was also out on the same amount.Coaldale police had charged the two on March 13.According to court documents, police were dispatched to the couple's home at 154 Third St. at 3:32 p.m. to assist Schuylkill County Children and Youth with a custody transfer. No one answered when police knocked on the door. A short time later, a key holder arrived and unlocked the door for officers. As they entered the home, they encountered Alyssa Gruber.She was standing inside the door, with her hands behind her back. When ordered to show her hands, she did, dropping a tinfoil pack and cotton ball on the floor. At her feet were several white wax paper bags. On a table behind her was a purple glass pipe with burned residue. She was placed under arrest.When asked if there was anyone else in the home, she told police that Brenton Gruber was either in a bedroom or in the backyard.Police found him hiding under a bed in a third-floor room. He was arrested after a pat-down search found a half cut Crayola marker with burned residue inside and a syringe in his pockets.Downstairs, police found syringes, two pairs of tweezers with residue, two burned pieces of tinfoil, a green metal tube with black residue, 30 empty wax paper bags with brown residue, several different pills, multiple cotton balls and $136 in cash.Miller also revoked bail for Rebecca C. Beil, 20, of Coaldale. She was charged with use or possession of drug paraphernalia by Coaldale police on Nov. 6, 2014.The charges stemmed from an incident on Oct. 26, 2014, when police and firefighters arrived at Beil's home for a possible house fire. When police arrived there was no smoke showing.Firefighters from Coaldale, Lansford and Summit Hill responded and checked out the apartment building. They found high levels of carbon monoxide and secured the area. They also told police about finding some drug paraphernalia, in plain sight, in one of the upstairs apartments.The glass pipe and two marijuana grinders were found in Beil's apartment.
