Firefighters from Schuylkill, Carbon and Luzerne counties are on scene of a multi-alarm fire in McAdoo. The fire was reported at 3:30 a.m. at 129 East Jackson which quickly spread to two adjacent dwellings.

The first units on scene reported a working fire with flames showing calling for a second alarm. An infant was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. The units are all row homes of wood construction.
