Carbon County has 487 without power, including 7 in East Penn Township, 297 in Kidder Township, 8 in Lower Towamensing, 9 in Penn Forest and 166 in Summit Hill.

In Schuylkill County, 2 are out in Rush Township, 261 in Ryan Township and 338 in Tamaqua.
