Marian students participate in virtual FBLA conference

Marian Catholic High School is proud to recognize our 20 students who competed in the 2021 Region 23 Future Business Leaders of America virtual competition in early January as representatives of the school’s FBLA Chapter. Through the guidance of the club’s adviser Patricia Patton and co-adviser Marybeth Hayden, seven students and one team earned a first place, while three students earned a second place in their respective business-oriented categories.

Due to the pandemic, this year’s competition was held virtually. Objective testing was done at Marian Catholic High School. Students who competed in performance events submitted prerecorded videos or met with judges live via a Zoom call. Presentations were graded by independent judges.
