A woman was injured Saturday morning when involved in a crash in Franklin township.

The crash occurred just before 11 a.m. along Route 209 at the intersection with Main Road.

The crash involved two vehicles.

The victim was treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics then transported to a local hospital. Franklin township fire police maintained traffic control at the scene. Franklin township police investigated the incident.
