The Lehighton Area Lioness Lions Club is sponsoring its 11th annual Pink Light Walk on Oct. 4 at the Lehighton Recreation Center.

Registration for the walk begins at 5:30 p.m. with the walk to follow at 6:30 p.m. Participants will walk from the Lehighton Recreation Center to the Lehighton Ampitheatre and back. All participants are asked to wear pink to increase breast cancer awareness.There is no charge to participate. The walk will conclude with light refreshments and an "In the Pink" raffle. All funds raised will go to the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition.
