A young man was injured Monday morning when involved in a crash along Canal Road in Franklin Township near the intersection of Long Run Road. The crash occurred at 11 a.m. as the man was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle east and was involved in an incident. The victim was treated at the scene by Lehighton paramedics then transported to an area hospital. The Franklin Township fire company responded to the scene.
