Schuylkill County Commissioners unanimously agreed on Wednesday to the following:

• Approved the lease agreement with Stephen and Ann Marie Buzalko, Pottsville for the Pottsville Nutrition Center, located at 201 N. Center St., Pottsville. The lease area consists of 3,500 square feet on the first floor. The term is for five years, beginning on Jan. 1, 2016, and expiring on Dec. 31, 2020. The monthly rent will be $3,050, which equates to $10.46 per square-foot.• Approved the renewal of Benistar as the administrator of the Retiree Prescription Drug plan at a monthly premium of $193 per person for the period of Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2016.• Agreed to continue participating in the Black Fly Suppression Program with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for 2016. No work is required of county staff for this program. The assessment is $8,500.• Approved the contract with Mullin and Lonergan for services related to Mahanoy City Community Development Block Grant program years 2015 and 2016; Butler Township CDBG program years 2015 and 2016; Wayne Township CDBG program years 2015 and 2016; Schuylkill Haven CDBG program years 2015 and 2016; Minersville CDBG program years 2015 and 2016; and Schuylkill County Technical Assistance.• Signed a service agreement with the following providersfrom July through June 30, 2016: Dr. Larry Rotenberg, Reading, for psychiatric evaluation at a per unit rate of $450; Children's Home of York, York, for Foster Care DD at a per diem of $51.25, Foster Care AA at a per diem of $67.70, and George Street at a per diem of $163.45; Families United Network, Muncy, for specialized foster level IV, at a per diem of $26.74, foster care-child, at a per diem of $59.43, and Ashlar Manor level 2, at a per diem of $194.17; Vision Quest, Downington, for Vision Quest Academy, at a per diem of $175.02, Lee Prep Academy, at a per diem of $206, and Blue Ridge Academy, at a per diem of $310; and Alternative Rehabilitation Communities, Harrisburg, for residential, at a per diem of $201.59, residential-special needs, at a per diem of $217.20, and shelter, at a per diem of $399.67.• Granted approval to review and approve the members of the federally mandated Local Emergency Planning Committee.• Announced the monthly prison board meeting will be held at 11 a.m. Dec. 16 in the prison classroom.
