Santa was in disguise when he turned up in Lansford wearing a dark suit over a white shirt. He wasn't carrying a bag of toys, just a small envelope.Instead of being accompanied by an elf, he had his brother Ralph in tow.He said his name was Danny Cipko, but the folks from the Lansford Improvement Committee are true believers. As he handed over a check in the amount of $4,000, they just knew he was Santa.The donation was made in memory of the late Robert Leibensperger, organization president. The money would be used for more lights in Kennedy Park and to continue the street lighting program.
