State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said an 11-year-old student will be cited for criminal mischief following an incident at 1:55 p.m. Dec. 18 at the Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29 school in Marlin, Norwegian Township.

Police said the youth, who is from Pine Grove, was observed walking through a hallway and kicking a hole in one of the walls.
