Schuylkill County judge rules enough evidence found for trial in homicide case

A Schuylkill County district judge on Monday found enough evidence to send to court homicide charges against a man accused of killing Jason "Jay" Hahn of Andreas in June.

Ethan Michael Sullivan, 20, remains in the county prison without bail in Hahn's June 15 death. An autopsy indicated that Hahn died of blunt-force trauma to the head.He is charged with criminal homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, robbery/serious bodily injury, theft by unlawful taking, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.District Judge David A.
