To the commissioners:

I have spoken to you last year about this problem at 17 W. White Bear Drive, Summit Hill and it still continues to this date, unresolved.The borough is not taking appropriate action to solve it or to protect the citizens in the area of the contamination. This is gross bacteriologic contamination of the area in White Bear, AKA Bloomingdale. As a medical professional this is truly a health hazard and could possibly contaminate the Mauch Chunk Lake with the excess of above ground fecal material. Now that summer is here, all that bacteria from the raw fecal material is now in the air and we the citizens are being forced into breathing in that crap. Last year's testing of the field directly below the contamination revealed gross contamination with fecal material. And only a few feet away is the stream that feeds into the Mauch Chunk Lake.
