Zoostock a success despite periods of rain

Rain didn't stop visitors and spectators from enjoying the 15th Annual Zoostock held Labor Day at the Sports Zoo/Halftime Sports Bar in Lansford.

The event, held to benefit the Carbon Tamaqua Unit of the American Cancer Society, consisted of free entertainment, family actitivities, t-shirts, food and prizes.When asked about the event, co-coordinator Ann Marie Calabrese stated appreciation to all the volunteers, sponsors and visitors to the event.Donating their time were entertainers Cassidy Rose, Jay Smar, Cody Sassaman,
