A New Ringgold man was one of four defendants who lost their freedom when their paroles were revoked by Schuylkill County judges after hearings held at the courthouse in Pottsville.

Chad Belsak, 37, of 43 Ridge Lane, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence and his 298 days of liberty is disallowed and added to time to be served and his maximum date for release was extended to Sept. 20, 2013. However, he is eligible to re-apply for parole if accepted in an inpatient treatment facility.Belsak pleaded guilty in May 2009 to charges of manufacturing at 591 Stony Lane Drive, New Ringgold, a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and was placed on probation. He was cited by West Penn Chief Brian Johnson.Linda Lee Todd, 29, Philadelphia, who had her parole revoked last Sept. 27, filed a petition for immediate parole but it was denied by President Judge William E. Baldwin, who ruled she shall not be granted parole until Sunday, Dec. 23, unless she receives further misconducts.Todd was was released on parole after serving six months in the county prison after pleading guilty to committing two burglaries of business places in Ashland in August 201o - the Dollar Bazaar Store and Smokin Joe's Tobacco Shop.Michael Keith Crockford, 27, Hazleton, had his parole revoked by Judge Domalakes and he was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence and his 917 days of liberty is disallowed and were added to his sentence. His maximum time before release was extended to March 1, 2017. He is allowed to participate in the work release program if he qualifies and he cannot apply for parole before April 1, 2013.Crockford pleaded guilty in August 2009 to driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol on SR1005 in North Union Township and after serving 90 days in the county prison was released on parole. He was cited by Trooper Joseph Aponick.Brenda Lynn Kufro, 42, Shenandoah, had her second re-parole revoked by Judge Domalakes and she was remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of her sentence. Her time of liberty will be established at the time she begins serving her sentence and therefore will determine a new maximum date. A bench warrant was issued to bring her into court.Kufro had pleaded guilty in June 2009 to delivery and possession of a controlled substance and was placed under house arrest and probation.
