At the monthly meeting of Lansford town council, Chief Burgess Corrie Breslin ordered members of the town council to appear before him within 10 days or pay a fine of $8 for their alleged parking violation on Saturday, July 28.

Burgess Breslin, who claims poor cooperation from the council as well as the police department, said the borough police department was parked in a restricted area.After Burgess Breslin made his charge, the borough solicitor told the councilmen to forget about the matter and not pay any attention to the summons.
