Nicole Baranowski, 38, of 111 North First St., Lehighton, has been charged with theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received, theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property by Lehighton Police Department.

Police reported that on March 17, 2012, Baranowski, store manager of the Dollar General Store, Lehighton, failed to make a deposit of $2,345 into the Dollar General's account. Baranowski later admitted she used the money for her personal use.
