Carbon break-ins

State police at Fern Ridge are investigating two burglaries that occurred at Carbon County locations.

Troopers said the residence at 51 Lang Way, in Towamensing Trails, Penn Forest Township, was entered sometime between May 19-26. Taken was about 75-feet of copper pipe from the crawl space. The home is owned by Robert Reedy, 44, of Kutztown.

A residence at 12 Ransom Circle, Towamensing Trails, was entered sometime between May 6 and Sunday, June 3. A window was forced open to gain entry. Removed from the home was a Xbox, wireless router and a six pack of beer. Taken from outside the home was a garden hose and a propane tank for a gas grill. The home is owned by Joseph M. Renshaw, 54, of Cinnaminson, N.J.

Troopers are also probing an incident at the Skirmish Paintball facility at 211 N. Meckesville Rd., in Penn Forest Township. A juvenile from Malvern, Chester County, reported his duffel bag was stolen from a picnic area. The bag, blue in color, contained a Iphone 4S, and $130 in cash. Also taken, Tippman 98 Custom paintball gun and four bags of paintballs. The incident occurred sometime between 10 and 11 a.m. on May 16.
