An Andreas woman has been cited by Tamaqua police for passing a bad check to a fuel oil delivery service.
Eileen G. McGee, 53, of 39 Lauchnor Grove Rd., wrote a check for $500 to Reigel Fuel Oil LLC on Jan. 10. The check was returned marked insufficient funds. Certified letters sent to McGee were ignored and police filed charges on March 8.
