Revoke probation

The probation of Alexis Marie Goldberg, 20, of 37 E. Ridge St., Lansford, was revoked by Judge Charles M. Miller and she was recommitted to the county prison to serve the balance of her original sentence. Her 43 days of liberty were disallowed and a new maximun date for release was extended to Oct. 8, 2012. She had pleaded guilty last November to a charge of retail theft of jewelry from Boscov's Store at the Fairlane Village Mall in Pottsville and was placed on probation for 12 months. Her probation was dis-allowed because she violated terms and conditions governing her probation.Bench warrant hearingsCandace L. Bylinski, 26, of 505 Rolling Mill Avenue, Tamaqua, was remanded to the county prison by Judge John E. Domalakes after a hearing in court. She was brought to court on a bench warrant after failing to appear at her scheduled court dates. The bench warrant was dissoved and bail foreiture set aside after she was sentenced to prison.Bylinski had been placed in the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition (ARD) probation program last August by President Judge William E. Baldwin. She was cited by Tamaqua Cpl. Henry Wood, with two counts of forgery of checks.Divorces grantedJonathan L. Snyder, Gordon, was granted a divorce from Karen N. Snyder, State College. They were married Aug. 2, 2008.Tina M. Reightler was granted a divorce from Dennis G. Reightler, both of Tremont. They were married Sept. 24, 1983.Patricia M. McGee, Port Carbon, was granted a divorce from Fabian McGee, Orwigsburg. They were married Feb. 14, 1998.Cindy R. Day, Frackville, was granted a divorce form Christopher Day, Pottsville. They were married May 15, 1999.Plead guiltyJustin J. Dolcy, 19, Brooklyn, N.Y., who at his arraignment pleaded not guilty, changed his plea to guilty and was sentenced by Judge Jacqueline Russell on a charge of defiant trespass on grounds of the Schuylkill Campus, Penn State University, in North Manheim Township. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $100 and court costs. He was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Cooper, Penn State University Police Department.Removed from ARDAmanda M. Anderson, 22, Lebanon, was removed by Judge John E. Domalakes from the ARD program for violating its terms. The program is reserved for first offenders who were charged with committing a non-violent crime.The court ordered her case to be returned to the trial list. She was placed in the program last April. Anderson was cited by Pine Grove Cpl. Jeffrey Futchko, with DUI and summary offenses.
