November 9, 1968 Richard Kelowitz scores four touchdowns and Jim Thorpe puts up 472 yards of offense to roll to a 54-6 victory over Tri-Valley. Kelowitz hits paydirt on a pair of 46-yard runs, a two-yard run and an 18-yard reception. The Olympians, coached by Angie Konstas, also receive TD runs from Paul Simmons and Larry Jones, while Walt Schlenner's 69-yard pass to Dale Zanders sets up a one-yard TD toss between the same two players. Defensively, Pete Susko intercepts a pass while Joe Micko's blocked punt sets up one of JT's scores.
