St. Vladimir Greek Catholic Church in Palmerton radiated the elegance and magnificence of Jesus' birth on Christmas.
The Rev. Evhen Moniuk had a vision of how he wanted to decorate the chancel of the church located at 101 Lehigh Ave. and shared that vision with several of the church members the week before Christmas. They quickly went to work creating a beautiful setting for members to worship and celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Those who helped were: Sasse Mertz, Dee Owens, Mary Taschler, Mary Sikorsky, Peter Sikorsky, Patrick Sikorsky, Mary Ann Taylor, Ann Kemmerer, Louise Lazarchick, Bernie Lazarchick Jennifer Weaver, Jim Chaulus, Helen Sander, Sonny Kemmerer and John Marino.
