An access device fraud incident that transpired earlier this month remains under investigation.

State police at Fern Ridge said that at 3:06 p.m. Feb. 1, someone removed $500 from a bank account via an ATM located in Philadelphia.The victim is a Saylorsburg man.Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at Fern Ridge at 570-646-2271.
