Both the Northern Lehigh and Northwestern Lehigh District 11 softball games were impacted by weather on Wednesday.

• The Class 2A title game between Northern Lehigh and Schuylkill Haven was suspended by rain and lightning with the game tied at 0-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning. The game will be continued from the point of interruption on Friday at 11 a.m. at Blue Mountain High School.

Immediately following the conclusion of the District 11 championship, the winner of the game will stay at Blue Mountain to face District 1 champion Calvary Christian in a PIAA State play-in game.

• The Class 4A championship game between Northwestern and Blue Mountain never got started. That game will now be played Friday at 3 p.m. at Parkland High School.
