, 28, Hatboro, was sentenced to time served to 23 months in county prison in a decision by Judge James P. Goodman on Sept. 19. Carter was arrested by Tamaqua Police in August 2017 on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. He must also pay fines and costs totaling $350 and must not harass or stalk the victim

Benjamin A. Doskus

, 31, Reading, was admitted into the intermediate punishment program in a decision by President Judge William E. Baldwin on Sept. 23. Doskus was arrested by Coaldale Police on June 20, 2018, on charges of DUI/controlled substance. Doskus will spend 15 days on house arrest, followed by 45 days strict supervision and four months on probation. He must pay fines and costs of $1,727, complete alcohol highway safety school, undergo a 12-month license suspension and perform 10 hours community service.
