The annual Wertman Family Association reunion will be held in Danville Aug. 21-22.

It will begin at 9 a.m. Aug. 21 at the Mahoning Township Municipal Building with presentations by family researchers. After dinner at the Creekside 2 Family Restaurant there will be a presentation on an Indian raid that occurred during the Revolutionary War.On Aug. 22, there will be a catered picnic in the pavilion at St. James United Church of Christ. The annual business meeting and auction of art, crafts and other items will follow lunch.A block of rooms have been reserved at the Best Western Plus in Danville.
