The annual Tamaqua Community Soup Sale returns Monday as part of the 2026 Tamaqua Area Hunger Campaign.
The soup sale brings the community together for a homemade meal while helping provide food assistance to local families. Proceeds support the Tamaqua Community Hunger Campaign and its partner food pantries and ministries, which serve hundreds of local families throughout the year.
Soup is sold by quarts. Orders will be accepted from Monday to Oct. 25. To order, search “Tamaqua Hunger Campaign” for a link to the online soup ordering page or use the campaign QR code.
Soup orders also will be taken during Tamaqua Heritage Day on Oct. 11.
Soup orders will be available for pickup from 9 to 11 a.m. on Oct. 31, at St. John XXIII on Pine Street, Tamaqua.
In addition to receiving soup, purchasers will receive raffle tickets for a chance to win gift certificates from Tamaqua area eateries that participate in the hunger campaign.
The soup sale is one of several events and activities held during the annual Tamaqua Area Hunger Campaign to raise awareness and support for local hunger relief efforts.
