The man who was killed in a motorcycle-moped crash Monday afternoon at intersection of South 25th and Hamilton streets in Allentown has been identified as Jose E. De Aza, 18, of Allentown.

Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio said he was pronounced dead in the emergency department of the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest Campus, Salisbury Township. The cause of death has been attributed to “multiple blunt force injuries,” he said.

The coroner said De Aza was the operator of a motorcycle that was involved in the collision.
