Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Rick Siger announced that the Shapiro administration is supporting small businesses across Pennsylvania through the Historically Disadvantaged Business Assistance (HDBA) Program.

The funding will support the creation of 10 microgrant programs that will help small businesses with costs to start or to expand.

Lehigh University received $700,000 to support small businesses throughout Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Schuylkill, Carbon and Monroe counties. Contact your local Small Business Development Center to inquire about eligibility.
