The Panther Valley School Board has expelled a high school student for violation of the school's policy on unlawful harassment.

The student was placed on a 10-day out-of-school suspension (Jan. 7- Jan. 20) pending an expulsion from school for one year. The parents have waived their rights to an expulsion hearing and have accepted a 45-day placement of the student in a treatment facility.No other information was released by the district.
