Tamaqua police have identified and charged two Tamaqua juveniles who stole a 2000 Ford Taurus New Year's Eve from a North Railroad Street home and then crashed it into a utility pole on Birch Crossing Road in West Penn Township. Churchgoers spotted the wrecked car New Year's day. Due to their ages the youth's names were not disclosed.
